1. Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@tonystore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or style changes within the return window. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. Additional shipping charges may apply.
